Is Punch List free to use?

Yes. Punch List is free to download on iOS and Android, and the core job is free: create unlimited punch lists, track items, and document them with photos and annotations. A Pro subscription unlocks deliverables — PDF reports, digital sign-off, watermark removal, and sharing lists via .pnch files. See our Pricing page for details.

What do I get with Pro?

Pro adds the features for sharing your work: professional branded PDF reports (cover page, photos, and full item data), digital-signature sign-off, watermark removal, and importing and exporting .pnch files to hand lists to teammates. Everything in the free version — unlimited lists, item tracking, photos, sorting, and custom fields — stays free.

Does Punch List work offline?

Yes. Punch List is built for the job site — create lists, add items, and capture photos with no connection. Your data is stored on your device, so spotty site Wi-Fi never blocks you.

Can I move a punch list between iPhone and Android?

Yes. Export a list as a .pnch file and open it on another device — iPhone to Android or the reverse — and your items and photos come with it. Importing and exporting .pnch files is a Pro feature. You can also generate a PDF to share a read-only copy with anyone.

Where are my punch lists stored — is there cloud backup?

Your lists live on your device. To move a list to another device or hand it to a teammate, export a .pnch file (a Pro feature) or generate a PDF. Cloud sync between devices is not part of the app today.

How do I generate a PDF report?

Open a list, tap the PDF icon, choose which items to include (all, incomplete, complete, or a custom selection), and tap Generate. You get a branded report with a cover page and inline photos, ready to email. PDF reports are a Pro feature.

How do I cancel or restore my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play, so you can cancel anytime in your store account settings. If you reinstalled the app or switched devices, tap Restore Purchases in the app's Settings to re-unlock Pro.

Do you offer team or company licensing?

Yes. Teams can license Punch List Pro for a whole crew, with volume pricing and MDM deployment for managed devices. See the team option on our Pricing page.
