- How does Punch List enterprise licensing work?
- You buy a number of seats and we generate a single license key tied to your organization. Your IT admin pushes that key to managed devices through your MDM as a managed app configuration value. When someone on your crew opens Punch List, the app reads the key, validates it against our servers, and unlocks Pro automatically. No sign-in screens, no purchase prompts, no license codes to type.
- Which MDM tools does Punch List work with?
- Any MDM that can push managed app configuration: Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro, Omnissa Workspace ONE, Kandji, Mosyle, Hexnode, and others. iOS and iPadOS deployments go through Apple Business Manager; Android deployments go through Managed Google Play. Some vendors on this list manage Apple devices only, so a mixed fleet may need a second tool for Android. Step-by-step guides for Intune, Jamf Pro, and Workspace ONE are available from our team.
- Do field workers need to create accounts?
- No. Punch List unlocks from the license key on the device, so your crew never creates accounts, signs in, or touches app store billing. They open the app and it works.
- Does it work offline on the job site?
- Yes. Punch List works fully offline once activated. Devices only need to reach our servers for the initial license validation and a daily refresh, and Pro features remain active for up to 14 days without any connection.
- Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?
- Self-serve checkout by card covers 5 to 500 seats. For invoice or purchase order billing, multi-year terms, or more than 500 seats, email enterprise@mypunchlistapp.com and we will set it up.
- What is included in an enterprise seat?
- Every seat unlocks all of Punch List Pro on a managed device: PDF reports branded with your organization name, digital signatures, photo annotation, watermark removal, and .pnch import and export for sharing between team members. It also includes email support and a data processing addendum (DPA) on request.
