By using this application, or any products, services, sites, features or functionality associated therewith (collectively, the Application), you agree to be bound by this Rojao Inc. Mobile Privacy Policy (Mobile Privacy Policy) in addition to such other Rojao Inc. privacy policies or terms of use made available to you in connection with the Application or any web-based version of the Application. Certain features of the Application may require you to be a registered member or provide personal information.

By using the Application, you expressly relieve Rojao Inc. from any and all liability arising from your use of any share functionality or third-party site accessed from the Application. We also may allow you to use Facebook Login to leverage your existing Facebook account to access features of the Application. Please review your privacy settings on your Facebook account, as those settings determine what information may be made available to us when you access the Application.

Children. We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at legal@rojao.com.

YOU MUST READ AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS, INCLUDING THE ROJAO INC PRIVACY POLICY, BEFORE USING THE APP AND ANY SOFTWARE, TOOLS, MOBILE APPLICATION(S), INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, MOBILE APPLICATION (MOBILE APPLICATION(S)), PRODUCTS, SERVICES, FEATURES OR FUNCTIONALITY MADE AVAILABLE BY ROJAO INC (COLLECTIVELY, THE SERVICE). BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.

2.  MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS. A. Procedure. At any time ROJAO INC may change or update these Terms, which include the Privacy Policy. You agree to hold Rojao Inc and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, attorneys, independent contractors, licensors, experts, content providers, advisors, vendors, and suppliers, and each of their respective successors and assigns (collectively, the Indemnified Persons), harmless from, and indemnify them for, all damages, costs, expenses and other liabilities, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, relating to any third party claim arising out of or related to: (i) your access to and use of the tools, software, and other aspects of the Service and the Content; (ii) your violation of these Terms, and any Applicable Law or the rights of another person or party; (iii) any dispute you have with any user of the Service and any dispute you have related to any merchant or advertising found on or through the Service; (iv)Rojao Inc’s resolution (if any) of any dispute you have with any user of the Service; (v) your improper authorization for Rojao Inc to collect, use or disclose any User Content provided by you; and (vi) any disclosures made with your permission. YOU ACCEPT THE SERVICE AS-IS" YOU ACCEPT THE SERVICE AS-IS. WE, AND OUR LICENSORS, CANNOT AND DO NOT GUARANTEE OR WARRANT AGAINST ERRORS, OMISSIONS, DELAYS, INTERRUPTIONS OR LOSSES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR USER CONTENT. USERS OF THE SERVICE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING A MEANS EXTERNAL TO ROJAO INC FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION OF ANY LOST DATA OR USER CONTENT. ROJAO INC PROVIDES THE SERVICE AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE. THAT MEANS THAT THE INFORMATION CONTAINED ON OR PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE IS INTENDED FOR GENERAL CONSUMER UNDERSTANDING AND EDUCATION. ANY ACCESS TO THE SERVICE IS VOLUNTARY. WE WILL REGARD ALL ACCESS AS VOLUNTARY AND AT THE SOLE RISK OF THE USER. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROJAO INC MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE SERVICE OR THE INFORMATION, TOOLS, SOFTWARE, OR CONTENT INCLUDED ON THE SERVICE. ROJAO INC MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, VIRUS-FREE, SECURE, OR TIMELY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Rojao Inc EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND THOSE ARISING FROM A COURSE OF DEALING, TRADE, USAGE OR PERFORMANCE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES, AND THEREFORE SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. WE URGE YOU TO KEEP BACKUP COPIES OF YOUR DATA AND USER CONTENT, IF ANY, THAT YOU MAINTAIN ON OR USE WITH THE SERVICE. IF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE RESULTS IN THE NEED FOR SERVICING OR REPLACING PROPERTY, MATERIAL, EQUIPMENT OR DATA, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RESULTING COSTS OR DAMAGES.
